500g Chicken Thighs, diced
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Directions

1

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic, ground coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and coconut milk to create a marinade.

3

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

This satay recipe is incredible! The marinade is so flavorful, and the peanut sauce is the perfect complement. My family couldn't get enough of it!

I tried this satay recipe for a barbecue party, and it was a hit! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the spices were just right. Will definitely make it again.

How long can I marinate the chicken for this satay? I want to prepare it ahead of time for a dinner party. The recipe looks fantastic!
